Our roadmap combines core product features, external API integrations and predictive models embedded directly into the product. To execute on this vision we are looking for a Product Manager who can translate strategy into structured execution across product features, data driven use cases and AI integrations. You will work directly with the founders and closely with the development team to turn product initiatives into scalable features that deliver measurable value for customers.

About the role
Role:
Product Manager
Reporting to Co-Founder
Objective:
Drive structured product development across the platform by translating strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, well defined requirements and measurable outcomes.
You ensure development efforts are aligned with user value, business impact and long term platform scalability.
Scope:
You translate founder vision into clear product initiatives.
Own product execution across the platform including application features, data driven workflows and AI powered capabilities.
Support day-to-day delivery by facilitating stand-ups and refinement, working closely with the tech team to ensure clear scope and predictable execution
Responsibilities:
Translate product strategy into clear initiatives, epics and delivery phases
Own and maintain an user-driven product roadmap and prioritized backlog aligned with business goals
Define structured product requirements and acceptance criteria while supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement with the development team
Define success metrics for product features and AI driven use cases, track performance and iterate based on data and usage insights
Design and validate product flows using tools such as Figma and Loveable, while collecting structured feedback from users, operations and sales to continuously improve the platform and manage dependencies across integrations and AI capabilitiesTranslate the product vision and roadmap into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and ready
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready before entering a sprint
Track progress, dependencies, and risks, and surface issues early
Act as the primary point of contact between product, tech, and internal stakeholders
Collect and structure feedback from users, operations, and business teams
Ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and day-to-day execution
Experience
3 - 5 years in a Product role in a digital product environment
Experience owning roadmap and backlog in collaboration with tech teams
Strong ability to translate complex logic into simple and scalable product flows
Experience working closely with developers and discussing technical trade offs
Experience in a scale up or fast growing startup environment
Familiarity with Figma for wireframing and validating user flows
Experience in a scale-up or fast growing startup
Nice to have: basic technical understanding of web platforms
Nice to have: Experience with SaaS, platform or marketplace products
Nice to have: Experience in an AI-driven or data-heavy product environment
Big nice to have: Experience using Loveable or similar AI prototyping tools
