We are now looking for a Business Development Representative, Mid Market to join our team located at the Herengracht in the center of Amsterdam. Be one of our first sales hires and work along with the founder team to grow the business by making work accessible for everyone globally. We are currently expanding our sales, operations and tech team, and this will be our first sales position specifically for Mid-Market with a main focus on the Netherlands.
This gives the opportunity to become part of a profitable, fast-growing company with the flexibility to grow and own a targeted account list to drive new business. The ideal candidate has the ability to create new opportunities mainly via cold prospecting and grow into a full cycle sales role.

About the Job
Role:
Business Development Representative, Mid-Market
Objective:
Own the top funnel by building a pipeline and booking qualified meetings with Mid-Market companies looking to hire fixed & flex remote customer support talent
Scope:
Reporting to a Co-Founder.
Focus on Mid-Market companies (100-750 heads), mainly Netherlands focused
Focus on (cold) opening top of funnel
Opportunity to grow to full-cycle AE role within 12 months
Responsibilities:
Own and grow a defined book of Mid-Market business in NL
Develop a plan and tactics for acquiring new business in the Netherlands
Manage the client buying journey from opening to qualified meeting
Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through (mainly) cold outreach and managing inbound prospects
Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Experience:
6 - 12 months of relevant BDR (outbound) experience
A proven track record of driving cold client acquisition and developing new tactics
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or other main CRM platform
Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch and English
Start-up and/or scale-up experience
Soft skills:
Confidence to pick up the phone and make outbound, cold calls
Ability to pitch new products into the market
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Experience selling with a tech/SaaS company
